About the IT Talent Acquisition position

We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great IT employees.

A successful IT Talent Acquisition will collaborate with our team on a regular basis. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal IT Talent Acquisition holds an academic HR/Psychology background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the IT Talent Acquisition are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating new recruiting strategies

  • Experience conducting searches and hiring of personnel in all the profiles involved in software development projects

  • Creating and modifying new job descriptions

  • Creating recruitment documents

  • Posting jobs on various channels

  • Conducting Screening interviews

  • Promoting the company on a wide basis

Requirements:

  • Fluent spoken and written english (B2/C1)
  • Currently live in Argentina
  • 1+ years of experience as IT TALENT ACQUISITION conducting searches and hiring different profiles involved in software development projects
  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Familiar with HR databases, agile methodologies and Google Suite

  • Great problem-solving and communication skills
