Recruitment Manager – Staffing Agency
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring they meet performance targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, performance, and strategy.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members.
2. Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Design and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the client’s industry and requirements.
- Identify and utilize effective sourcing methods to attract top talent.
3. Candidate Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
- Manage candidate pools for active and future job opportunities.
4. Operational Management:
- Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical recruitment practices.
- Handle escalations related to recruitment challenges and resolve them efficiently.
5. Business Development Support:
- Assist the sales team in acquiring new clients by providing insights on recruitment capabilities.
- Contribute to client presentations and proposals regarding staffing solutions.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience (5+ years) in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a staffing agency.
● Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing techniques, and client management.
● Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
● Advance/Native English level
