Our client is a technology-driven real estate platform that provides comprehensive brokerage services, combining exceptional agents with thoughtfully crafted digital products to make the process of buying, selling, or renting a home intelligent, deliberate, and seamless.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to assist in the planning, execution and delivery of our search products for agents and consumers, to aid buyers in finding the perfect home. The team is focused on building experiences that help agents quickly and easily find the most relevant listings for their search use cases.

You should be organized and thrive while managing several initiatives. You have extensive user-facing (frontend) product Management experience across web and mobile-native (iOS and Android) platforms, are passionate about real estate technology, enabling our agent entrepreneurs, and want to solve real customer problems. You are able to communicate in a clear and concise manner and be comfortable interacting with your partners in
design, engineering, and research, as well as executives and other stakeholder groups, to build consensus, define an approach and rationale for prioritization, and communicate project status, findings, and escalations on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

● Lead the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to user research, design, development and launch for the search vertical (indexing, search suggestions, search querying behavior, filtering, map-based searching, and actioning on search results) across our web and native apps experiences
● Create, manage, and execute a roadmap of innovative and engaging products, features, and operational improvements to deliver solutions that benefit our agents and their clients
● Utilize our suite of data platforms to derive insights that guide prioritization, define solutions and solve operational challenges.
● Work in close collaboration with product, engineering, design, research and marketing partners to develop rich, intuitive, and valuable user experiences
● Identify nationwide and region-specific search experience issues, and deliver product and no/low code solutions as appropriate to improve agent satisfaction and adoption
● Interview agents, sales managers, regional leads, and other stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize the problems they face
● Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations related to the cross-platform search experience
● Prepare and present periodic progress updates to leadership and agents

Qualifications

● 5-9 years experience in progressive product management roles, building and launching successful products and features, preferably with a search and data/discoverability focus
● Ability to effectively gather and prioritize user requirements from disparate sources, going beyond user requests to get to key needs, and the ability to rationalize across and resolve stakeholder differences
● Ability to compile, interrogate, and synthesize cleansed, yet highly nuanced data sets to support prioritization, solutions, and validation
● Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience marshaling resources across different functions of an organization
● Comfort with collaborating with internal UX / Engineering teams and other stakeholders in a fast-paced agile environment
● Strong technical and data background, either from academic, engineering, or hands-on product development experience
