Job Title : ServiceNow Certified Developer/ Lead Remote

A Mid-Level Resource must have 5+ years or more systems experience in ServiceNow, along with the requirement they are a Certified Administrator and Developer for ServiceNow. Additionally, they must have a thorough understanding of all interactions and touchpoints between functions and data in each ITSM ServiceNow module.
The Certified Administrator must have general knowledge of the ITIL framework, and a good understanding of Asset Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, IT Services and Service Catalog Management ITIL Processes.
Fundamental knowledge of:
● Networking including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks, JavaScript, and Angular JS (Jelly)
● SQL and databases.
● HTML and CSS - UI Pages, Content Pages, Home Pages.
