Our client is convinced it can do much more and needs your expertise in building modern cloud services to evolve and create products that improve every step of the real estate agent experience, from first contact with a client to closing the deal.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the planning, execution, and delivery of select products within the Adjacent Services Group, which is building critical products that deliver exceptional agent experience as well as improved profit margin to the business. A successful candidate will have strong communication, execution, and stakeholder management skills, as well as comfort with ambiguity and making decisions and recommendations with imperfect information.

What you will do:

  • Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to user research, design, development, launch, iteration, and maintenance for one or more.
  • Drive the roadmap and prioritization of innovative and engaging features to benefit our agents.
  • Drive the feature development process as the product owner, documenting feature requirements, creating user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with user research, UX design, and engineering partners to define, communicate, and develop functionality on Desktop web and native mobile applications.
  • Partner with external and internal stakeholders, including third-party software companies and executive leadership.
  • Define and execute against adoption- and revenue-based key performance indicators

      What we look for:

      • 5+ years' experience in product management roles building and launching successful internal or consumer-facing products.
      • English / Spanish fluent level.
      • A deep sense of user empathy and a proven track record of building product experiences that users love.
      • Strong communication with and management of various stakeholders, including consensus and relationship-building skills
      • An ability to lead by influencing others, without the need to project formal authority.
      • An ability to collect, synthesize, and prioritize feedback and requirements from disparate sources, going beyond users’ requests to get to key user needs, and the ability to rationalize across and resolve stakeholder differences.
      • Strong experience and comfort with Product Management fundamentals, such as composing product specification/requirement documentation, participating in and leading Agile Scrum ceremonies, QA testing, and go-to-market plans.
      • Ability to develop a deep understanding of the tech stack and the implications of its implementation for the roadmap and future development.
      • A sense of ownership and thoroughness: you proactively follow up on action items to ensure that no balls are dropped and that all critical milestones are met.
