As a Sr. Frontend Developer you will:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining front-end applications
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks, bugs, and security vulnerabilities
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their growth and development
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices
  • Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end software development
  • Strong knowledge of React, Typescript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks and libraries
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress and Jest
  • Familiarity with mono repos and micro front-ends
  • Strong knowledge of Git and Github, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with error reporting tools such as Sentry and session replay tools such as Hotjar or LogRocket
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript concepts such as Module Federation, Lazy Loading, Tree-shaking, and dynamic module loaders
  • Hands-on experience with building tools such as Webpack, Babel, and Rollup
  • Knowledge of design patterns and the ability to apply them to real-world problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality software and a user-focused approach

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
  • Experience In HR-Tech/or Fintech Startups
