As a Sr. Frontend Developer you will:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining front-end applications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks, bugs, and security vulnerabilities
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their growth and development
- Staying up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices
- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in front-end software development
- Strong knowledge of React, Typescript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks and libraries
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress and Jest
- Familiarity with mono repos and micro front-ends
- Strong knowledge of Git and Github, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with error reporting tools such as Sentry and session replay tools such as Hotjar or LogRocket
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript concepts such as Module Federation, Lazy Loading, Tree-shaking, and dynamic module loaders
- Hands-on experience with building tools such as Webpack, Babel, and Rollup
- Knowledge of design patterns and the ability to apply them to real-world problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality software and a user-focused approach
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
- Experience In HR-Tech/or Fintech Startups
