Job Title: Quality Operations Specialist

Must HAVE Quality engineering/ Quality planning experience.
Must HAVE Quality engineering/ Quality planning experience.
DO NOT SUBMIT - candidates who have inspection experience!
Must have a minimum of 3 years or related experience
Must have experience with first Article Inspection Planning in accordance with AS9102
Must have advanced GD&T experience.
Aerospace quality experience preferred.
Familiar with machine parts and gear manufacturing and inspection techniques
Familiar with advanced composite part manufacturing and inspection techniques
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Power Point, Access, Word and Excel).
Position Responsibilities:
Creation of Quality Inspection Instructions, identifying within the planning routes the appropriate inspection placement.
First article management in accordance with AS9100/AS9102 and company policies.
Work in cross functional teams including but not limited to Quality Engineering, Inspection, Planning, engineering and leadership.
Ability to extract and interpret complex models for Catia V6 & 3DX for use in Advanced Quality Planning Activities.
Ability to navigate MES systems: CAMS, SAP ECC, SAP PEO
Maintain compliance of configuration management through audit, evaluation, and tracking.
Understand and make decisions based on engineering, contract, and procedural requirements.
Independently determine and develop solutions that are compliant with policies and procedures.
Perform duties in accordance with company policies, procedures, processes, and guidelines.
Other duties and projects as assigned by leadership.
Education:
Associate’s college degree. Relevant experience and technical training will be considered in lieu of degree.
