Backend Engineer (TypeScript, LLM & AI)
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Backend Engineer with expertise in TypeScript, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-driven applications to join our team. We value autonomy, a strong sense of ownership, and a mindset focused on continuous learning. If you are adaptable, eager to solve challenges, and passionate about writing clean and efficient code, this role is for you.
You will collaborate with our clients in one of two ways:
Team Augmentation: You will seamlessly integrate into the client’s team, working alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis. Design & Build: You will be part of a dedicated product team, developing and delivering high-quality solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven expertise in TypeScript
Strong knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models), AI-driven applications, and NLP (Natural Language Processing).
Experience working with TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or OpenAI API.
Familiarity with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and serverless computing.
Strong background in integration testing, unit testing, and test automation.
Hands-on experience developing applications from scratch.
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in problem-solving.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Commitment to clean coding and software development best practices.
Advanced English proficiency is required.
Ability to work within Eastern to Central Time Zones.
A passion for learning and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
