About the role:

We are looking for a Project Manager for the Digital Experiences Studio Team to manage the delivery of the run the business pillar of work for our web properties. The Digital Marketing Project Manager will report to the Director, Marketing Localization and will focus on the ongoing digital experience projects. S/he will support all digital experience activities within the marketing team with a focus on the content for our solution and product offerings.


  • Responsible for leading, managing and delivery of end-to-end run the business projects with tight deadlines. This includes Company product launches, critical updates for press releases and earnings calls, migrations to new web templates and updates across the marketing website.
  • Manage large cross-functional project teams that range from product managers, program managers, UX strategy/design / editorial teams, Martech, operations, external agencies, as well as business stakeholders.
  • End-to-end project management with focus on: define project scope, proactive risk/issue/constraint management, integration & coordination of various digital team plans/deliverables
  • Develop, execute against and maintain thorough program & comms plans, as well as define and execute risk management plans
  • Provides overall communication and interfaces with all areas affected by the program/project including cross-functional stakeholders, business sponsors and studio teams
  • Working closely with our publishing team on updating the digital experience. Represents Company across organizations with the cultural sensitivity and business maturity appropriate to corporate access and level of responsibility.

What they’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

- 4+ Years of experience in Project Management in a marketing environment.

- 3+ Years of general Marketing Experience.

- 2+ Years of experience in Project Planning, Resource Allocation, and Risk Management.

- 2+ Years of experience working with Agile/Scrum Methodologies.

- Advanced English level.
