We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and driven Coupa Financial Systems Administrator to join our fast-paced and rapidly expanding Finance organization. You will be crucial in implementing enhancements to and maintaining our financial systems to help us scale. You will help define our financial systems while working closely with the Finance team and key stakeholders across the company, including Product, Engineering, New Development, Expansion, and senior leadership.
You Will:
● Help scale Compass’ financial systems to meet the needs of a rapidly growing business
● Participate in significant cross-functional efforts, such as product launches and strategic planning, that pull together team members from departments including Strategic Growth, Agent operations, marketing, Finance, and Product
● Provide technical administration of Coupa & Concur, as well as manage current and future ERP integration of the spend management platform
● Identify, support, and maintain Coupa user controls
● Troubleshoot process, application, and functional issues and manage these to resolve
● Establish security requirements and user profiles for all financial systems
● Maintain user access, roles, and permissions across all financial systems
● Ensure SOX compliance for our internal business systems
● Ensure business requirements are configured correctly in all financial systems
● Help to integrate financial systems with other business systems and our data warehouse, including NetSuite integrations using the Coupa REST API and NetSuite’s Suitescript
● Identify, evaluate, and recommend key technologies required to support and improve the business processes related to the Coupa platform
● Create ad-hoc reports for end-users and validate new and existing reports for accuracy
● Drive the entire life-cycle for financial systems, including gathering business requirements, technical analysis, and design, coding, testing, and implementing customizations within the software environment (Procure-to-Pay, Order-To-Cash, and Corporate Accounting)
● Maintain documentation of key operational processes, system improvements, and their revisions
● Provide end-user training and support, including onboarding new users
What We Are Looking For:
● 3+ years of designing and implementing solutions in ERP applications, application extensions, and system administration
● 2-5 years experience working as a Coupa Implementer or Administrator; Coupa Training and Platform Cerficaon a plus
● Strong technical background and hands-on experience customizing Coupa and integrating it with other business systems
● Knowledge of GAAP accounting and experience with SOX compliance
● Experience with the following systems is preferred: NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, Concur, business intelligence solutions, cloud billing, and sales compensation applications
● Ability to effectively gather and prioritize user requirements from disparate sources, going beyond user requests to get to fundamental user needs
● Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience marshaling resources across different functions of an organization
● Self-starter, positive attitude, zero egos, and ability to problem-solve under minimal supervision
● Strong communication and organizational skills and impeccable detail
● Must understand complex business models
● Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks within an open and interactive environment
