As a Backend (Golang) Developer you will:

Own their end to end payments system.
Build high performance data feeds and trading API's for their clients.
Work with their clearing partners as well as external market makers, brokers, and hedge funds to coordinate new features, performance improvement, and integrations.
Improve and test the robustness and maintainability of the systems.
Participate in on-call rotations and own delivery to production

Have 6+ years of software engineering experience.
Possess extensive Go experience.
Demonstrate a strong technical grasp and excellent judgment in prioritizing tasks.
Are capable of tackling complex engineering problems that yield tangible results.
Have a track record of creating and implementing new processes and tools to enhance engineering efficiency.
Possess a solid understanding of relational databases and transactions.
Are familiar with writing highly concurrent systems.
Have a strong aspiration to learn and excellent communication skills.
Exhibit good intuition for REST API design.
Are looking to take ownership in a high-pace, high-intensity startup environment.
Possess great communication skills and are a proactive communicator.

Have some knowledge of web or mobile to drive projects end to end.
Have proven experience building large scale systems
Have experience building financial systems, FIX API, etc.
Have experience in the Fintech industry.
Have prior remote experience collaborating with distributed development team members.
